Daniella McBride is an American actress, model and casting director.Daniella Nicole McBride was born on June 29, 1988 in San Francisco, California. She attended Carlmont High School in Belmont, CA, graduating in 2006 where she was involved in theater, dance and choir, competed on the swim team and was runner-up for homecoming queen. McBride then moved to Santa Barbara, CA where she attended Santa Barbara City College. In 2008, she transferred to Long Beach State University and graduated in 2010 with a bachelors degree in communications.While attending Long Beach State, McBride interned with various companies in the entertainment business including Ryan Seacrest Productions, E! and The Insider. Upon graduation, she hosted a program on Clubben TV, a webisode series showcasing nightlife in California and Las Vegas. McBride also worked in production and casting for ABC’s Supernanny and NBC’s The Marriage Ref. In 2011, McBride was cast in NBC’s short-lived drama The Playboy Club. Her big break came in 2013 when she joined the cast of the 17th season of ABC’s The Bachelor, competing for a wedding proposal from former Kansas State football player Sean Lowe. McBride has since stated that she didn’t go on the show with the sole intention of looking for a marriage proposal. She was eliminated on episode six. Since finishing The Bachelor, McBride has been involved with a San Francisco-based nonprofit, Real Options for Kids. The organization assists with developmental opportunities for underprivileged Bay Area children. Currently living in Los Angeles Daniella has booked 2 pilots and has a cameo in the movie, Buddy Hutchins premiring 2015. She has been working on projects as a casting producer for some of the biggest docu/reality/scripted shows on network shows.McBride has described her best attributes as her positivity, drive and heart.
